Very disappointed! I dropped off a birthday gift to be embroidered on Wednesday- was promised to be completed the following Tuesday. The following Wednesday, I had to call to find out if it was completed. The woman said she could not find the item. The next day, she called back to say she found it but the machine was broken and it was not completed! This was 2 days after it was promised. I tried to call back several times that day and the following day so that I could at least bring it somewhere else so Id have it before the birthday! No one answered!!! I had to be embarrassed by not having the gift for the birthday. The item was finally completed exactly 2 weeks from the drop off and 8 days after promised!! The owner did not even offer a partial refund!! I would not recommend using this store at all! They could have at least called to let us know the machine was broken and the item would not be done- so we had an option to bring it elsewhere!
