Website is not the most user-friendly when comparing to other real estate websites. Also I had to reach out to three different agents to hear about one property. Even the agent that eventually responded has been difficult to work with. She doesnt answer calls/texts. I sent a (1) call or (1) text about every other day for two weeks that she would help us but she never did. I went with a different company and have an offer in on a house.

We were in the process of buying a house listed by the Venture Group. We backed out after the inspection. There were some major things found in the inspection. They proceeded to call my inspector and tell him he caused them to lose their 3% commission. Plus spread the word telling othe realitors not to use him. I hired him to do the job. This behavior was totally unprofessional!

Do major research before either buying or selling through this agency. I attempted to purchase a property they had listed and it was the biggest headache I have ever had dealing with a business. The owner lied both to me and to my realtor and lacked any professionalism. When she was called out for her behavior she would blame the property owner. Also, all of their good reviews are from the same time period which seems rather odd aka damage control. Just be cautious!
