Hi Addie - We also responded to your review on Facebook and again truly apologize for any trouble we may have caused. As stated there as well: "Your RFQ was from a generic Yahoo domain without any formal business name, business signature, or request for confidentiality; it included photographs of parts we already make for a long-time customer. As a result, we contacted the owner of that company for clarification. Any negative interactions you've had with them, as a result, is completely unintentional, sorry if this has caused you any trouble. We'd be happy to quote you on parts but as I stated in previous emails, we require CAD & Technical Prints. Additionally, we consider custom tooling proprietary and won't use one customers tooling to make parts for another customer. I contacted this company to get a generic quote on some designs I already have in person as a basis and was going to go from there. They are also the supplier of another company that sells aluminum blanks. Instead of just kindly declining my request for a quote, be sure the shapes were to similar to what they already provided to another company, they instead sent screen shots of my request to the other company, which therefore posted it on social media, and I can only assume sent private messages of my information when they said they would PM you the info in order to try and negatively impact my business. I WILL NEVER recommend this company to anyone! So unprofessional to share my personal information with another competitor of mine. Not to mention, when I sent them what they said about me and the screen shots of it, they never responded with an apology or anything. This resulted in my name being drug in the mud as well as the other company messaging me to tell me to leave their supplier alone and harassing me. What a headache that could have easily been avoided had this company kept their mouth shut and not spread my information around publicly, after I specifically asked if my inquiry would be private. Very unprofessional company.

Logan AP Precision is amazing. I had a custom enclosure I needed designed and fabricated. Logan sat with me through the entire design process and we were able to create a very professional and polished looking product in just a couple days.
