Rip you off by charging you for several different parcels when they bung it all together. Customer service doesnt know what they are talking about and tell you lie after lie then block your email replies. Dont even bother calling via phone as youll never get through. My items were paid to be delivered via 24 hour courier on 23/12/20 and I still dont have them on 4/1/21, there is no update, no tracking info, nothing. Really not impressed at all!
