Muy decepcionada de comprar flores en este sitio, ninguna calidad, poca atención, con lo que gasté ahí hubiese comprado tres ramos en cualquier mercado, si fuera a dar una verdadera opinión ni una estrella escogería, no recomiendo este lugar a nadie.

The customer service sucks, I went on valentine's and they were talking on the phone, complaining about stuff, and I had to wait for them to take my order when I was the only one in the store. Also half a dozen roses was 19$!

The creativity and knowledge of the staff are remarkable! I'm no flower expert, so when I explained the occasion and my budget, the staff was very eager to assist me. They created fantastic arrangements that have wowed the recipient every time! Please do not compare their flowers to supermarket flowers, that is an insult! Their roses are large and last a very long time. I will surely come back for more arrangements.
