For anyone who has someone or is in the military and are looking for a phone company I would not recommend C Spire. In order for you to suspend your line for a deployment you have to pay off the remaining balance for your phone, return your phone, or drop your plan down to a lower one. They REFUSE to suspend the line if you do not have the phone for 18 months regardless if there is another phone on the account. For a company that says they are customer inspired they are falling short. They do not care about our military personnel. By law they are required to suspend the line if they are to leave the area where their towers are not. They do not honor that law. Congressional Soldiers and Sailors Act. (Under the Congressional Soldiers and Sailors Act (Section 303, 50 U.S.C. App. 553) a member of the uniformed service of the United States of America is to be released from all obligations with due notice. Under this provision, any deployed United States service member is to be released of any lease or contract, after the date specified, with no financial or legal charges levied against him.)
