I ordered two hoodies for my son the day after Thanksgiving for my brother and mother-in-law to give to him for Christmas. I was concerned after it hadn't shipped after 8 business days when the confirmation email said it would ship within 5 days. I was told it was backordered and would arrive, print, and ship soon. A week later I emailed again asking if they would arrive before Christmas or if I should start thinking of a back-up plan. After no response, I emailed again a few days later (now within a week before Christmas). After no response, I called and was told it was being printed and would be shipped that day or the next and would arrive before Christmas. The next morning I also received a response on the emails I had sent that said it was being printed that day and would arrive before Christmas. Later that day, I received an email and a text for a refund for one of the hoodies (although not refunded the tax). I replied to the email, no response. Sent another email the next day, no response. I was left scrambling to find a replacement gift 5 days (2 business days) before Christmas. All the while the hoodie was still being sold on the website in the size I ordered. I did receive a response 3 days after Christmas apologizing again but still not addressing not being refunded the tax. I emailed again stating I lost money by ordering it and was finally refunded correctly. Not ordering from PRNT again and not recommending to anyone due to bad customer service.
Great product, couldnt wait to give it to her. She loved it:)
