VERY DISAPPOINTED! We purchased T-Shirts and did not receive what we expected. The original proof was corrected and sent back showing the back of the shirt covered for the most part with our logo. Upon receiving the shirts the logo was just standard; much smaller than expected. Brian stated that was the largest they could print. This would have been great to know up front so we could have make other arrangements. They want to discuss any solution to the situation. BE CAREFUL! No stars would have been great.

I went to them a few months ago to order a window decal for my place. I had told them I loved theyre window decals with the design on it and that that was what I needed for mine so it can be seen through. We got to talking and I finished giving details for my window decal. So when I got it and took it back, it didnt have the holes in it to see through it. I took it back. I told her that it didnt have the holes in it to be able to see through it. She told me that I shouldve told her thats what I wanted, but I did in the very beginning of the long conversation. She told me it would cost more, so I said how much more? Then she said dont worry about it. I was willing to pay the difference. When they brought it to my work and dropped it off, it was smaller than the original that I had given back to them. I was fine with that because it was still straight to the point. I love the work they do, but when I went back down there today to talk to them about making my sign for me and another window decal like the last one I had done, they completely ignored me like I didnt exist at all! I believe in giving second chances if the work is great, but I was blown away that they completely and totally ignored me. There were two girls in there today. One girl walked right past me and didnt even acknowledge me and went to helping a client, ok I will wait my turn. The other girl sat at the desk in the back. When she came out, walked right past me as well! They both walked right past me multiple times without acknowledging me at all! Thats definitely not a way to do business. I own a business and would not just completely ignore someone if they came back to me. I would want to set the record straight unless they totally wronged me twice. Then when they came back to me I would simply explain why I cant help them. I stood there like I didnt exist for probably a good 10 minutes or so, turned around and walked out without even a single bit of acknowledgement.They do great work, but customer service is horrible by the non-owner employees! I have never been treated this way before. I guess I believe in customer service and making things right, as well as second chances. Oh well, I dont recommend them because of poor service!

No matter how big or small your order is they will get it done right!!! Other places turned me down because I only needed 3 shirts done with a different design on each one. Excellent communication from design start to finished product. They even text you a proof for approval before starting. Great working with y'all!
