I had used Arthur printing before and never had problems. I never had big orders, but did not realize this was a problem. I scanned 3 drawings to them to be printed on Monday and had not heard anything from them by Wednesday. I called to see if the order had been received and spoke with Bob, who told me he had forgotten to complete the order. He sent me proofs just a few minutes later and I told him I think they need to be a little darker. I was under the impression that was what proofs were for , to make adjustments. This is where he proceeded to angrily inform me that because of people like me there is now a $25 minimum. I told him I was not aware of that. He continued to berate me saying there is no way I could have missed their sign stating that when I picked up an order in July. I not only did not see the sign, no one mentioned the minimum when I did pick up my order, and I looked at their website where they go on and on about their great customer service and no mention is made of a $25 minimum.
