I just had a REALLY feel-bad experience with their appointment and billing desks. It reminded me that while one of their doctors was nice, another said something absolutely horrific to me, and another never followed up on medical tests I had done. The overall experience of trying to call this office, access care or get assistance is just not...welcoming or demonstrative of having any care for their patients.
