Hello Juan. I’m very sorry we made you feel that way. Unfortunately our company does not have experience on the system you own, and we were at a time during the holidays where we were very behind and trying to complete the jobs we already had in a timely manner. We sometimes have to decline work when it’s both not in our wheelhouse and we’re already very behind on projects. I hope you can understand and I am sorry we disappointed you.

Sadly this company will works for super wealthy people. If you are not into that range, don't even bother to show up in there. Very deceiving and frustrating .After promising me they would install my Bose system, and taking all the info, they decline to help. I guess 300 or 500 DF dollars meant nothing to them, versus the the thousand they can make using their own systems. Shame on you Arracal!!!;
