We apologize for your experience. You were not a customer of our business. We worked directly with the organization that you coach for. The size mix up was a few small shirts vs. xsmall. This size discrepancy should not have prevented pictures from being taken. We made the correct sizes and let the incorrect sizes be kept as well. Ordering custom items with current shipping times nationwide can take a little longer than expected. Our point of contact within your youth sport organization was in communication with us during this process and we did make the order right, at our cost and did our best to resolve the issue quickly. We are a local family owned and operated company and take our service levels and supporting our community very seriously. You should not write reviews that you did not personally have any involvement with. I assure you we worked as quickly as possible to resolve the mistake. Thats all we can do when a mistake is made; as any business owner can attest to. Do not order from here if you need your order on time or correct. I am a manager of a 2 local Little League Teams. All of my t-ball jerseys (8) were the wrong size. I confirmed all sizes were sent in correctly. I found out 7 days before picture day. The company could not fix their mistake so that we could have jerseys for picture day. My softball team ordered socks and jerseys (11). Jerseys for this team were all correct but the socks were all wrong. We were told these were reordered. Again more than 7 days later and the girls had no socks for picture day. We had to go out the day before pictures and purchase socks from another supplier while we wait on the ones we ordered from this company to arrive. I can say the things we received that were nice quality but I don't care for the lack of responsiveness and willingness the fix their mistakes in a timely fashion.
I have used this business for personal items and for my non profit and every experience has been above and beyond. The quality of their work shows in everything I have ordered over the past 2 years. Costumer service is very important to me and Drew and his staff continue to meet every need even with last minute, unorganized orders on my part.
