My wife cancelled her gym membership back in March and has not received a cancellation email or any documentation that stated that it was cancelled although this has been talk about on many phone calls. She told them that she is a traveling nurse and that it is really hard for her to come back into the gym to cancel (AGAIN). Chris, the manager at the time, told her that she would have to come in or they could not legally cancel her membership and they couldn't reimburse the money that was taken out of the account although my wife had called multiple times. We are to the point of getting a lawyer just to cancel the membership and have the money that is owed to us given back. I am disappointed that my wife trusted a gym and has had such an uncomfortable experience especially while being stressed as a nurse. There is terrible management and the employees don't seem to care about they hard work others do and then come make their health better at their gym. Please don't go to this gym and have the same issues as we have. My wife is very distraught over this and is now having to take time off work to handle this issue. Very disappointing that this is how you treat your customers. Jason Reichert

Crunch fitness keeps charging my son in laws and daughters accounts after they cancled their memberships. Crunch fitness is refusing to give back their money. We are talking hundrends of dollars. Bewear of their preditory taticts.

Staff is super nice and very attentive, the facility is a sight to behold. Love the hydro massage and sauna. Absolutely worth getting a prime membership! Trainers are very helpful, the smart start was definitely the way to go for me. A monthly fitness scan to show your progress and knowledge from a professional trainer to help you find the right routine to fit your needs. 10/10 will recommend

This gym is great but it hasn't been open for a year and it's already falling apart. I come to this gym because it has sauna and it's a mess, the door is falling off the hinges, you can't tell what color is the floor it's so dirty, I've seen cleaner bathrooms in a gas station, they charge a none refundable "maintenance" fee but nothing is been maintained, I can be a real a**hole and call the health department but I don't think is going to do anything until the hire the proper personnel to run it.
