I ordered banner. When I went to pick up the banner was incorrect and had printing error. Company did not reprint banner. I did not leave with banner. Company still charge me for a banner I never received. I disputed charges since I didnt get banner. Owner of company Sunhye Lee stated I will receive 50% off next order. That was a lie. They never processed any additional order and they took my money. Currently redisputing. Company claim they will refund my money. I still have not received refund. I dont recommend this company to anyone. They have poor customer service
Purchased their 8x12 banner holder for 200+ dollars it lasted for 3 banners before breaking... called company and was told their was nothing they could do... Even the design of the stand is not good the banners sag in the middle, it could have used a middle support.
Holy moly! I ordered a step and repeat banner, with a stand and red carpet at 3pm EST and I received it by 10AM the next day. Fast and great quality. Thanks!
I just spent ALL DAY and 11 emails trying to place an order for several orders of vinyl reflective NUMBERS x4. I placed my order Saturday evening online, and received an email at 9:55am PST confirming an order for a step and repeat, which is NOT what I had ordered. I tried calling the phone number in the email multiple times to confirm details of my order as they clearly weren't correct. I had also wanted two orders, one 4 inch, and a 2nd at 5 inch. The invoice I had only included the 5 inch letters and did not include printed dimensions of the decal, which needed confirm that it would fit in the size of the application. After MULTIPLE EMAILS with "Christine", it was clear that something was lost in translation. I had asked for expedited shipping costs ( as I was flying out Friday), the dimensions of both the 4 and 5 inch printed decals, if they shipped internationaly, and an updated invoice reflecting the two orders of 4 and 5 inch decals. Instead of getting ANY ONE of those questions answered I received multiple proofs, which is the one thing I DID NOT NEED. I have now lost 3 days (I placed order online Saturday, with the anticipation that it would have shipped today) and will have to find a new vendor to place this order. Their loss, as this could have led to many more far more lucrative orders, but the poor customer service and inefficiency was the nail that sealed the casket. Take your business elsewhere if your time is valuable.
