Drove out here for nearly an hour because they said they have accords to test drive in hybrid and gas model. Got here and apologized saying that they all sold. Waste of time and mileage on my car.
Thank you for sharing your experience Matt. We appreciate the feedback.

Sale people are nice and professional, had no issues with staff whatsoever. Was looking for a civic si and found out they are doing a $4,000 markup. There are still dealerships selling for msrp so unless you have a desire to give away some of your money I suggest taking your business to a dealership that will not gouge the price. That being said I will reiterate that the staff was super friendly, I just cant give my money to a business that takes advantage of a vehicle shortage to jack the price of a civic 4 grand.
Walked in to the dealership not knowing what to expect. Met with Jesse A. and he was very knowledgeable about everything. Thank you again Jesse and Zeigler Honda.
Theyre going to tell you they have your best interests in mind. Thats always a lie especially with this particular business. I came in looking for a 2019 Honda Civic that was on the website. I called about it and they told me theyd have it ready for a test drive. Once I got there they told me that car had previously sold 3 months ago and they didnt know why it was still in the system. I believe it was still on there to bring people into the store. After looking at a second civic it took me a while but after going to my own bank I was able to get the rates I needed so I contacted Zeigler-Honda to give me the out-the-door price so I could have my bank write them a check. They sent me a sheet listing everything they were charging me for. The sticker price was $23,994. They were now asking $29,244. Just to give you an idea, they were going to charge me for $599.00 for LoJack (google will tell you that the dealerships will try and make this look required, its not). I was being charged an additional $995.00 for prep/uci. Go ahead and take a look at the first thing that pops up when you Google prep fee dealership. On top of those I was being charged $2,495.00 for certification. Please read the rest of these reviews. I read some of them and against my better judgment still tried to do business with them. A mistake I wont make again!
