DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I just had a HORRIBLE experience with Custom Creations. My students, as always, were in charge of coming up with the design and ordering of their crewnecks. Moe strung the students along since the beginning of the year. At the beginning of March, I stepped in because I thought it was the students, not the vendor. I was very wrong. He said he was able to do the job and have the 15 crewnecks delivered by last Friday. I okayed everything, again, and waited patiently. I emailed him last week asking if we were still on and that my crewnecks were being delivered as to which I did not get a response. I emailed him again Monday and did not get a response. Today I decided to email and call. He said he received all of my emails, but could not answer why he did not respond. He said he was having trouble with the names on the shirts. I asked why didn't he let me know in March and has waited until after the date I needed them to ask these questions? He then asked me to spell out each Greek last name using alpha, gamma, etc, so he can find them in his program. I did them during my lunch period in hopes to receive the crewnecks by Thursday, in time for International Night. He emailed me the following period saying that he didn't need the names anymore since his font did not work. I now needed to type each name out in a large font size (gave me exact dimensions) so that he can print them off and place them on the crewneck. I called during my office hours and explained that my time is very valuable and that he was the expert. I called him to create the shirt. If he was not able to create our crewnecks he should have said so from the beginning and not the week after we needed them. I will NEVER use his services again and nor should you! Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

If you are looking to get a custom print, look no further. Moe is a really nice guy and resourceful. I needed to put numbers on basketball jerseys and I needed them same day (Saturday). Luckily, I was able to talk to Moe and he was very accommodating. The whole process took maybe 30 minutes or so. In the end, the finished result looked great and the price for the work was unbeatable (literally). Something to note, though, is that Moe is pretty hands on with the process. This just means that a phone call will be more effective than an email. If you have a complex design, I would suggest visiting Moe in person to detail what you want.

I've been using Custom Creations/Moe for a few years now and couldn't be happier. He's a really nice and customer service oriented businessman and he really makes the process personal. Of all the things we've used him for, there was one fluke error with one of the tshirt designs and Moe immediately came to me, evaluated the situation, and replaced everything himself. Great hometown Chicago company and we will continue to use them. Keep it local!
