It's good place. A bit clumsy. Seats were good but not the recliner ones.

This is our regular cinema and overall it's pretty good. The sound and picture quality are fantastic these are great screens and really comfortable seating. There is no box-office here so you have to buy or pick up your pre-booked tickets from the concession counter - which is terrible when its busy as the service is really slow. The self service ticket machines don't (that I can see) accept the QR code that you get from booking online so you always have to queue up to pick up your tickets. The last time we visited the queues for food were huge and the ice cream/sweet counter was only taking cash and not card. Also, on the last two times we've been there has been no one to check tickets - people were just coming and going from the screens and the only staff were the ones o the food counters. UPDATE 2019: so Vue now sell their tickets for just 5 which is almost a third of what my local Odeon charges. I'm willing to suffer the queues for such a great price! Extra star added for value. UPDATE 2022: Still great value - although ticket prices are closer to 6 now. BUT dear Vue please clean the bloody seats... It's hard to find a seat that hasn't got some kind of melted chocolate residue on it. This is really letting you down. 1 star removed.

Never had any problems before. Went to see the Northman and not only was it so loud that I had to put ear plugs in to protect my hearing but my partner left with awful ringing in his ears which has yet to go away. We were in screen 2 and at points it was absolutley freezing.
