My only advise is when you go there to deal with the nice, sweet, young girl that works there. The heavy middle aged lady that works there and does the monogramming is VERY RUDE and not professional!!! I have had several things in the past monogrammed using the sweet young girl at the counter and each time received outstanding service and very good quality stitching. When I picked up those previous orders, all of my things were folded nicely and placed in a plastic bag. The problem occurred when I left my first set of two micro fiber beach towels there to be embroidered that I bought at CVS. I explained that I wanted my last name embroidered centered facing downward on both towels. I went to pick them up a few days later and they were neatly folded but the embroidery was UPSIDE DOWN. The heavy lady told me that she usually does her towels facing outward and she debated for 30 minutes which way (inward or outward) to sew the towels. I could tell she was very agitated that she made a mistake. She told me that she should have called me to clarify my order but she didnt. She pulled up Amazon and let me pick another style of towels to exchange them. She didnt apologize for the error but did take my towels because she wanted to recoup some of the loss because these towels cost more. I received these replacement towels a few days later nicely folded in a bag and the young girl was very nice and apologized for the heavy ladies error when I picked them up. I liked this style of towel so much that I ordered two more off of Amazon and took them to be embroidered like the others with my name facing downward. The heavy lady was on vacation so when I dropped the second set off I dealt with the sweet young girl again. I was told that the third set of microfiber towels would be ready the next week when the heavy lady was back from vacation. When I went to pick up the last set of towels, I immediately noticed that after the heavy lady embroidered them, she twisted them up and rolled and crammed both of them in a plastic bag making them wrinkly. It was very obvious she crammed them intentionally in the bag like that because she was already mad about having to replace the last set of towels she screwed up. The actual embroidery stitching was nice but the customer service from the middle aged heavy woman was just NOT professional!!!

I just recently had a 50 dollar blanket monogrammed for my newborn son. They messed up the embroidery by putting it upside down on the blanket. Charlie said the paper fell of the blanket so she didn't know it was suppose to be the other way but if that's true then how did she know what name and date to use? Sounds like a lie to me to try and cover for her. Also he did not refund my money (17 dollars) or seem to care that they ruined my expensive blanket. So now I have wasted 67 dollars on what was supposed to be a special keepsake for my baby.
I have Known Kelley for over 10 years. She has sewn for our company since we opened. There have been two instances when something wasnt correct and one included a machine mishap. She correct both. She is the most kind and caring person I have met in the industry. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I am Appalled that anyone would attack her company or her personally. What type of person attacks someones age or weight. I know her well enough to know she will not post a public response or attack. This saddens me to know how such a post would make her feel. Kelley you are incredible. Keep up the hard work. Anyone that comes in contact with you is a Blessed person.
