If they conduct business in any similar manner to the way one of their branded business vehicles (Green Toyota Prius) was driving on the road, expect inconsiderate, selfish and dangerous service. (Note to Reply): This was very much a branded vehicle as I doubt you sell door style magnets to consumers. More so, highly doubt a customer would put your business branding on multiple sides of a vehicle having nothing to do with that business. But, I could be wrong.

Placed an order and Dogs Unlimited charged for shipping, which most retailers waive. But I'm fine paying the fee, however, if I pay for a service I expect it to be done well and promptly. Three days have gone by since placing the order and it still is not processed, let alone even in the cue. I called up their customer service to find out what the status is and the customer service person was extremely rude. Rather than trying to assist in processing the order or even a simple acknowledge my frustration, she said "Well do you want the item or not?" I am a frequent customer of both Gun Dog Supply and Lion Country Supply. I have always been impressed with their customer service, willingness to price match, and professionalism. If you have a sporting dog I'd recommend giving those online retailers your business. One last thing, that same day I placed the order with Dogs Unlimited I also placed one with Lion Country Supply. They did not charge for shipping, it was process the following morning and I am receiving the item tomorrow. This is my first and last purchase with Dogs Unlimited.

I ordered a couple pigeon traps. The items were shipped immediately but I was not notified of them being shipped. Once I contacted them, they went the extra mile to contact the shipping company and supply me with the shipping information. I also received a follow up call the next day. Everyone I contacted was extremely friendly and helpful. The product arrived in great condition in the time expected. Great customer service!!!
