They changed the schedule every time I called and then when I called last time to check which one is it they hanged up on me lol not professional at all Ill have to give this ranting so ppl are aware
They didnt answer their phone and when they did the person was very rude and talked like they didnt want to be bothered I would not recommend even wasting time
Grade A service! I brought my car seat covers in to be embroidered with logos and they made my vision reality. Long as you're detailed and specific. They can do it here!
This place does great work. The ladies there were willing to do a one off piece for me and it turned out better than i expected. They charge a fair price, turn things around quickly, and its a great family run business. Highly recommend.
Customer service was really poor. I wanted to initiate an order and the representative on the phone, who took ownership of the company, was not pleasant to speak to at all. Does not know how to communicate with potential clients or be polite. Acting as if she were doing me a favor for answering. Also talking bad about past clients. I am giving input to potential customers reaching out to bucktown embroidery, that this person did not know how to field incoming calls or questions in a proper manner This is not how you answer phone calls or treat clients. Not reviewing their embroidery skills, as I had nothing produced here. Reviewing their customer service
