I had a very bad experience communicating with the woman in the service area. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I received a call that I needed new tires, my brake fluid flushed, and an alignment. I had a voucher for free tires. I was expecting to receive a call informing me that the voucher was found before the work was done. I didnt receive a call until my car was complete. Fortunately when I arrived my tires were free. I was not happy with the lack of communication, especially since the cost of the work was expensive. Not worth it to bring my car there even for the free oil changes.

Shady practices. These guys send out their lucky triple diamonds game card with potential to win $. I supposedly won 5k. Called them up to confirm its not some gimmick to get me in the door. They said no, that I won the prize. I drove all the way down there only to tell me I didnt win according to a seperate drawing. Says a lot about a dealership trying to get people's hopes up in the current economical hardships most of us are facing.

Absolutely unacceptable and shady business dealings happen at this dealership! They held my traded in auto for over 1 month before they paid it off (it was considered a late payment according to Nissan) and now that I have had my new vehicle for 2 months (lease), they have YET to furnish my registration or license plates. I would think twice before working with them - and if you do, buyer beware!
