Outdated guidelines and unmanaged staff had my 3 year old waiting in the hot sun for 90 mins. Once they finally let everyone in the line system was confusing and slow. Lots of very upset parents and kids.

I was told it they closed or shutdown we would get a refund do to weather. Well they shut it down 10 min later and no refund because they might open in an half hour. Poor service plus there is not enough tubes to go around for people. 1/2 of the tubes are always flat.

We were disappointed the Olympic sized pool wasn't open for general use. All the lanes were being reserved for lap swimmers. Most of our day (11-3) there were 4 swimmers in there. This causes the Lazy River pool to become over crowded since people can't disperse like usual. Please open up half of the big pool like you usually do, so there's better use of this part of Splash. Food was good but service window was slow. Young lady working window was pleasant but needs either to speed up taking orders or have a 2nd person. Thx!
