I am so sorry you had a bad experience. Yesterday we were unusually short handed with three people out but that is no reason for the way your were treated. I have had that happen to me at other places and I understand how that makes you feel and I am just so sorry that happened to you. I appreciate your bringing it to our attention and we will strive to do a better job at assisting everyone.

This place was recommended by a few local business friends of ours to get everything we needed for our new cafe. I was pleased with everything I had read on their website as well. Went in today with my daughter and husband well prepared to become a new client and was treated like we were invisible. The lady at the entrance directed me to the showroom. My husband noticed that she didn't speak. I did not notice because I was so excited. We walked the entire showroom and not one person came to greet us or ask if we needed assistance. However, they did ask everyone else. Before we could exit, a friendly older gentleman actually spoke to us. I voiced my concerns, he apologized and he offered his assistance. I just wanted to get out of there. If they had a gumball machine I would not allow my daughter to spend even a quarter at a place that doesn't even acknowledge your existence. Please shop elsewhere, respectfully!

We’ve been a customer here for a long time but lately they’ve been horrible. We’ve called many many times and all we get is “there’s no schedule to fit you in for weeks/months” When we got a schedule, we made an appointment for 11am to fix our donut glazer. They decided to come at 7am when it busy and we cannot shut our donut glazer or else there are no donuts for the customer!! Then that person has the audacity to go tell his manager that we kicked out him. Yeah cause you came in at the WRONG time and at the BUSIEST time for a donut shop. Then they decided not to do anything about it. That’s not how you treat a customer that’s been buying equipment from you for over 13 years. Horrible and rude.
