great company, 10/10 would recommend but i have to go with 3 stars and is would give a 5 star review but my experience hasnt been the best. so i ordered a streaming pc on feb 12th and it took till march 4th to arrive, which wasnt bad at all considering covid and they have to work very cautiously. but when the computer arrived i was so happy till i turned it on, the graphics card didnt work, so i chatted with a great customer service rep and he said i should try to reseating it, which i had no idea how or what that meant so he sent a video, great video tried it didnt work, so i said bye to that rep and looked online to see what is the problem, i knew it was just the gpu because everything else worked, even my old gpu works, so i go chat with a guy named jack which i told him my problem and he said i had a defective gpu. so i had to send that to the rma, which wasnt even bad, yes it sucks but they got it on march 11th (now jack did say 2 days there and 2 days back) but on the 11th i got an email saying it will take 2 weeks due to short staff. which is so stupid to me, i paid 2,000 dollars for them to build and ship it to me, thats it. and i still cant use it properly because the damn gpu isnt there. and i message them asking about it and they dont respond till the day after or later. (again this is just my experience) and god for bid the new gpu comes in and it doesnt work then i have to wait another MONTH for it to come in. i just feel left out cause everyone has their build with no problem. and i have no way of know when i will get it other then 2 weeks.

Pretty good cases, especially love their SFF cases like the H1. Unfortunately, my trusty (ok used to be) NZXT S340 Elites tempered glass side cover exploded one afternoon. The desktop wasnt on, there were no stresses on the cover, no wild temperature fluctuations here too, just sitting dormant there and exploded one afternoon. The desktop was in my cats room, fortunately the cats were far from the debris.
