The review is getting 1 star based on extremely poor customer service. I visited Aeromicro about a week ago to purchase 50 bucks worth of add-on parts for a quad. All parts worked out except a set of lock nuts that were off by 1 size. I went back to the store thinking this should not be problem to exchange but I guess I was wrong. The guy told me that he could not exchange it because I opened up the plastic bag that contained the lock nuts - for a moment I thought it was April fools day. I guess they do not appreciate return business. The sales guy was also a bit rude, not too helpful in any sense of the way. I will rather order from China than go back to this store.
