This company is the worst! They are a scam! Do not deal with these people. They make an appointment with you, cancel, don’t show up or show up 1 out 5 times then didn’t fix the refrigerator. They are a waste of time. The technician Dexter does not know what is going on and their call centers are bogus. It’s been three months and my refrigerator is still not fixed. Find another company even if your appliance is through Sears. These people will waste your time and money. They will make an appointment from 8 and to 5pm…cancel midday or show up at 4:45pm then look at the appliance for 2 minutes then leave.

I called to inquire about a refrigerator repair. Male answered phone and as I was speaking hung up on me. I called back and a woman answered and informed me owner was taking another call and would call me back as soon as he completed the call. Mentioned staying close to my phone. I never heard back from them. Not great customer service in my opinion.
