My husband and daughter were just in the store where the man behind the counter was so incredibly rude to them I still cannot believe it. When my husband asked who the manager was he replied that he was the manager. Whoever you have working in the store today has absolutely horrific customer service skills. And whats even worse is we still bought our two kids 2 Bucs jerseys, 2 Seminole shirts, 1 womens shirt and 1 mans shirt. Last time this place will EVER get our business and we will be telling everyone not to go here. Lived in Tampa for over 20 years. Never again will I go back.

Bough nice piece of memorabilia while on a trip to MNF a few weeks back. Arrived very quickly, well packed and couldn't have asked for a better transaction. Also had a ton of excellent items in store. Staff was amazingly friendly and very helpful!
