One of the employees is very unprofessional and got my order wrong three times, even after I went into the store and verbally stated what I wanted . Don't support this business . There are other places that provide better service for a more affordable price .
The worst customer service and management I will make sure the community is informed. I paid for the order ahead of time and received the order 3months later and it was incorrect try to reach the manager KEVIN many times and finally stated will send the correct ones never did!!!!
I apologized for the wrong information that you have received. We do not take orders or payments over the phone but yes you can email us your order. I can only assume the customer service rep must have misunderstood and for that I apologize. We will try our best to improve our communication skills.

Ive placed an order in December and never received a confirmation. Not the first time this has happened.I called today and spoke to someone who informed me that they only take IN STORE orders which is not true because Ive placed all my orders with the company through email. Which leads to my second point that it is extremely unprofessional to not inform clients or work out way with them. Ive ordered a few times and the service is spotty depending on whose working the front desk. I do like the affordable prices on custom shirts and the no minimum but the trade off is spotty service and a lot of back and forth just to place an order. I reccomended actually having a policy that all customers are aware of and finding options to pay online and over the phone.
