Hi Kari, I need to reply to this one. False negative reviews can really damage a small business. I was there, on time, for our appointment. I rang the bell and knocked on the door. I waited on the deck out front while the dogs barked (so I know the bell rang inside). After nobody came to the door, I had to leave. We are extremely busy, and I had other appointments to get to that morning. We are tight on time and can't always follow up to reschedule appointments where the homeowner wasn't home for our initial scheduled visit. Sorry that we didn't connect.
