When I first called It's Time - Credit Repair for information / potentially signing up for their service, they sold me the "world" and told me many of their clients are happy with their service. I however, did not receive any of this. Examples include: 1. They promised me disputes every 30-55 days. 2. They promised me prepared & professional "consultations" on my credit profile/report. Elizabeth (The "Expert") was not only BEHIND - ON HER OWN SET SCHEDULE of sending disputes, she was completely unprepared and LATE to the one consultation we actually did together. I had the consultation for 12 PM - she did not even show up till 12:30. I could tell she was completely unprepared, it was pathetic. She didn't even say my name right! When I brought up my concerns to the GM - Carlos actually acknowledged these concerns and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing for me besides an apology over a 15 minute phone call (Where he was also late to.) Overall, I am very un-happy with the service. (BTW - they will not give you a refund, which is kind of pathetic.) If you are reading the reviews to potentially sign up for this service, please heed my advice and go elsewhere. THEY ARE A C+ ON BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR A REASON. Edit: The GM Carlos responded and said my score was not increased because of a new collection - which is not true. He also completely ignores all of my other points brought up in the original review. Additionally he said they had trouble "contacting me" which is hilarious, because they were LATE to their own meeting. I work a normal 9-5, if you contact me during work, (Like most other people with Jobs.) I won't be able to answer.

Got my credit repaired there. Sent AT LEAST 6 people that I know for a fact used their services. I was told I would receive $50 for every person I referred. I never received anything. I made sure the people I sent gave them my name. I called and was told someone would call me back. Of course no one ever did. Won't be sending ANYONE else!
It's Time Credit Repair was great. Before I went with Mr. Carlos, my credit was bad I couldn't get any help. but Mr. Carlos helped me out and I got my house and my credit score went up and it has been great. If you are looking for help to buy a house or just get your credit score up, go see him now.

I was reviewing our credit report and I could of just request a settlement for our collections, instead of paying those 1,500 for couple. Had proof from court w/0 balance for one collection and not even that one they removed. Just a waste of money and time.
