Hi Cody, You confirmed the change in shipping LONG before the COVID-19 crisis. We sent out multiple emails saying that COVID-19 and the subsequent lockdowns and economic crisis were delaying ALL orders, which included yours, back in March and April. Which is what caused the delay in shipping on your order. We never heard from you after those messages, ONLY several weeks prior. It obviously worked out for you since you are only at your cabin for a few days at a time, and your order was delivered last week, including the bonus item we gave you for free. It is imperative that you let us know that you received them and are satisfied. Looks like your order was delivered Friday. Please let us know if that's the case and how you like your beds. Hi Cody, your order shipped to your Wyoming cabin yesterday. Please let us know when it arrives.

I ordered two bed frames in 2019. They missed the delivery to our place in Wyoming. No problem it happens. Told them we will be back at the cabin in Wyoming in May 2020. Called ahead of time to give them a heads up. Man on the phone said he would take care of it and said he would work it out with the owner. No calls, no emails. Cant get ahold of anyone. So Ive paid $1400 and not furniture.

Run. Fake Reviews... First problem these people stop answering phone and responding to emails .. The bed I recieved doesn't even qualify as a piece of furniture. I suggest you find a new place to shop. Look closely at reviews elsewhere is my best advice. The so called bed I recieved isn't even something anyone would want. I will now do what I should have done in the first place and buy one from a reputable company. Look at the pictures I posted if you want to see what really arrived.

The bed i received was not good after many months of waiting. It was not the size promised and made of what looks like defective wood. Just plain ugly looking. We are not even able to use it as it is unsafe. After reading about others bad experiences I would not recommend this company. Yes it was your company and yes this review is accurate.
