All I will say is WOW. You know how every business has that one customer? I went way out of my way for you even answering your calls at 10:48 in the night. I ate cold dinners because you would call after hours and I would answer and speak with you. You called Sarurday night and Sundays. Yes, I got very tired of you being so disrespectful of business hours and for whatever reason thinking I was there 24/7 just for you. You were EXTREMELY demanding and lacked any respect at all. You did something that no other customer has done since I have been in business, not only made me angry but my wife also. I am sorry if you had a "bad experience" but I did all I could to make you happy. You also knew at the beginning that parts were hit or miss at the time and it could take longer get to make the build. There was no deflect to it. You knew exactly what I was told to expect from the vendors on backordered parts. You simply didn't care to hear that. ALL shops are having problems with getting parts, its nationwide. If you are angry then I guess be angry. Any company cannot please everyone and I will go on doing g quality work and make my customers happy. Thank you for this message.

My wife and I went through a bad golf cart building experience with Roger. He wasn't upfront with the status of the project, continuously leading us to believe the build will be completed sooner than it was. Roger would go days, if not weeks, not returning texts or calls. He deflected all the issues trying to avoid responsibility. Roger delivered an incomplete cart missing the rear grab bar and mirror. We waited over a week for him to come back and install the missing items. Recently, he was supposed to come over and fix the hanging taillight that wasn't properly installed over a month ago. Roger has not responded to any of my calls or texts. We don't recommend anyone to go thru this kind of hassle ...

Ms Dara, You simply ignored the bill that I sent to you.. The day AFTER I finished the work, this young lady informed me that she would pay the next Friday. I simply told her that she should have asked prior to me installing the batteries and that I would have helped her. Also. I did tell her that if she really needed the time then it it was fine, no problem but any time from now on to ask before the work is done. She was angry and posted this.

Kingpin carts came recommended to me and I was not impressed. Initially he came out right away, assessed the situation and tried to troubleshoot the battery problem. The following week he was supposed to come out at 4:30, so I left work early and he never showed up. He admitted he forgot and then suggested he come the next day. He didnt show up that day either. He claimed he meant another day. He finally made it out and determined all batteries needed to be replaced. He scheduled a full replacement for a Monday and I got home from work to find that he had shown up without any batteries that day so he had to go back and get them and come back Tuesday. When I got the invoice, I told him I was going to pay him in 2 days. I felt it was only fair to make him wait a few days since he spent days of my time promising to show up and not doing it. I ended up paying the invoice within 24 hours of receiving it so his response is not valid and you can see that he doesn't even address his poor service in his response because his professionalism and scheduling are non-existent. If this sounds like someone you want to work with, go ahead. But for me personally, I prefer companies that show up and get the work done when they say they will and be professional about it.

Roughly 10 months ago, I became fed up with paying for insanely high priced labor and parts for my 2008 EZGO TXT cart. I searched online for a new cart company, and I found Kingpin Karts. Since then, Kingpin has installed a new JVC receiver, including upgraded wiring, in my cart, provided and installed new wheels and tires, painted the entire cart, installed a new light kit, and performed some other various re-wiring and related work. Kingpin has been reliable, reasonably priced, responsive, and overall solid. I highly recommend Kingpin Karts to anyone who owns a cart.
