the worst to deal with. i hardly have to have them page my psychiatrist after hours. you have to go through hoops for them to page her. she wants to know if you need her after hours. sometimes it takes two to three calls for them to page her. i realize they cover my of the practices in the area. i also realize they have to deal with frequent flyers that want to talk to their doctors after hours. it should be up to the doctor if they want to return the call. there has been times that my psychiatrist has left me a message for me to return her call even after hours. they have given me the third degree or they do not believe you. it seems like they need a lot better supervision.
