I put an order in through my sons school during soccer season on sept 26th. Took them almost a month to reach out to the coach that his hoodie he wanted was on backorder till 11/19. I then reached out to see what alternatives they had, which they replied fast, and my son settled for the alternate hoodie which they said they had at that point in time. I have reached out 2x to ask when my sons hoodie will be delivered and have not received response. It is now 11/19 I have no hoodie that was settled on and no hoodie that was allegedly on backorder. It has been over 50 days, they are local and I have received no responses! I have reached out to the coach to hope they never use this company again! Disappointing
