My family has owned land here since the early 70s....it has changed alot...and is still aimed at a married , white population.....no new recreational activities in decades, cliques are the standard. The ONLY thing I really like about it....close to the light rail...so I can go downtown Mesa, Phoenix or Tempe for food and activities. ...and you own you land.....but condo fees are thru the roof and serve only a selective minority. The SUperstitions are also close for an escape to the mountains. THis place is NOT so much for singles.....college females will be bored.....but IF you love to play in an urban environment....hop the light rail for $2 and taste James Beard Award winning food, walk downtown to explore museums, clubs, food options and festivals.....USE this park for YOUR advantage...but do NOT expect alot within it's walls for single, educated women
