I understand that you aren't satisfied with our service. We have accommodated your needs but we also need to follow store policies on loans, layaways, and payment dates. We feel you took advantage of our generosity on discounts and flexibility. We gave you multiple warnings on the items you had in pawn and layaway but we did not receive payment on the majority of the items.
