I really wish there could be negative stars for this place. Every single week it's the same thing. No trash pick up. One side of the street but not the other. This place is a joke and the city makes us use them.

They bid for Ft Wayne's garbage pickup service and knew they couldn't deliver the service for the amount they requested. We put up with delayed and missed service, rat infestations during the summer and endless excuses. Red river, then files bankruptcy to protect their assets from the lawyers, while citizens are buried in garbage. Now this is the third week in a row they have been more than three days late. Ft Wayne screwed up royally when they hired this worthless company but they never forget to mail out the bills.

These guys probably don't get a lot of love, but I've always had great experiences with them. Yea sometimes they're late but stuff happens. The past few weeks, I've been cleaning out my house and getting ready to move. The amount of stuff I've put on the curb....They've ALWAYS taken it. There's been times where it's taken them up to 10 mins to get it all, but they always do. They've always been friendly as well even though I know they pull up to the place and think "here we go again". Just wanted to say how much I personally appreciate this company. Waste Management would never get everything first go, sometimes leaving stuff on the curb for weeks. Not these guys. Kudos to Red River for the work they do and am going to miss their services.

I think they did what they can the city was just money hugry. I think they should keep all there old workers because they good worker and let go of the mangment.
