Really disappointed in my experience with 1st Choice Remodeling. No one showed up for my first estimate and when I called to inquire, the representative said my appointment had never been added to the schedule, even though the appointment was confirmed to me via phone. I was asked to schedule a second appointment, which created a week's delay. A representative called to cancel my second appointment just a few hours before the appointment and I was asked to schedule a third appointment. After receiving my estimate from Dell, I responded via email (as instructed) to inquire about adjusting two items. Per Fairrah's request, I provided times when I was available to speak via phone, but I received no email response or phone call. After a few days, I again emailed Fairrah asking when to expect a phone call and was given a date. No one ever called. While my master bath remodel is a smaller project (just over $12,000 estimate), I would expect to receive better service from a company that came with glowing reviews. It's frustrating that I wasted so much time trying to work with a company that did not value my project.
