Hi Mollye, unfortunately since March 2020, the beginning of Covid, we have eliminated our walk in/self service copies to help minimize additional contact between staff and clients. However, you can email files to [email protected] or upload to our website and we can take care of any printing needs. We will always try to accommodate tight deadlines but based on current inventory and staff, we cannot always turn around printing jobs immediately nor on the spot. Thank you.

Though Ive walked in and printed many times at this location, they now suggested that I return home, upload to their website. They refused to print my order for me even though I was already there. Quite rude as well.

Thank you for your review. Your feedback is appreciated as it helps us improve our business practices. Obviously we want to work with you, and we would be more than happy to offer you discounted pricing. Initially we were not aware of all the different specifications for the prints that you wanted. It appears you were given prices for black and white copies over the phone and the files provided were in color and in PowerPoint. It does take us more time to extract the files from the PowerPoint presentation to setup for printing. Ideally we would ask to see the files first before we quote on any projects. With that said, times are tough for all of us and all I wanna do is make the situation as right as possible. Thank you for allowing us to learn from this experience and become better for it!

Fabulous experience outsourcing to Minuteman Press Powell in Portland! I am based in California, but a colleague recently connected me with Walter at Minuteman Press, and I couldn't have been more impressed. They are not just a printing company. Walter really understands the depth of design, printing and promotional needs ,as well as strategic marketing and B2B sales. The graphic designer handling our account was excellent! She was talented, easy to communicate with about our needs and deadlines, and a pleasure to work with! I cannot express how grateful I am to the service I just received from the Powell Portland Minuteman Press. Putting together a memorial card is just one of the many hard and stressful things you do when you lose a loved one. Hi AJ, I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience. We do need our community's support now more than ever. I'm not sure why you were told to upload the information before receiving a rough estimate. It is not our policy to do quotes in that manner. I would like to talk to you about this situation separately. I have a feeling that the employee who told you to upload everything is the same person who is no longer employed at our company. I called to inquire about direct post card mailing, and advised I have my own artwork. I merely wanted to field some questions, and get a ballpark (no commitment) quote. I was met with you need to go online and upload all info again I asked that was commitment, and I wanted a rough estimate on local mailing. Nothing to hold the rep too. Just a number. However, before I could speak, I was cut off multiple times, to where I finally said, there is a huge online competition, and I wanted to support local, but it appears you dont want to talk or help. You lost a potential client.
