I ordered a North ST backpack to Germany. Only after 2 years the zipper of the rear bag and the main shutter broke. I contacted North ST to find a solution to replace the parts. Although I got an answer right away that they want to review the case with production, I never heard back from them although I sent 2-3 reminders. I am very disappointed by such a customer service! I have now a broken bagpack with no replacement parts.

I could not wait to get my North St Pioneer 9 pack. Not only hand made, looks nice, quality awesome...its one of the only hip packs thats waterproof. Oh wait...that's just misleading promotion from the company it turns out. They use "waterproof" materials...with an easy assumption being that the pack itself would be waterproof. Not even close as lost items of mine now attest to. No warnings on their promotional material saying in fact that their packs are not even water resistant. Could not be more disappointed. You are better off ordering offshore and saving your money. How does this company have a positive rating on Google Reviews???

I have bought several different styles of bags and always been happy with the quality and performance. Some reviewer's complain but I found that North Street was quick to offer me help to repair a damaged bag when I contacted them and they are usually very clear about which bags are waterproof, water resistant, and at no time do they ever claim that these are the type of bags that you should be taking rafting or anything of that sort. There are plenty of other good quality dry bags out there, this is just not that product. I love this company and I love these bags!

Bought a bag several weeks ago, no any follow up pick-up email and call. I have gone there to check one time, but the sale said I will get the email soon. Again, two weeks passed! What a horrible customer service! I keep receiving the emails from the subscription, but never get any information about my purchased bag!
