Not impressed with the customer service. Had our cable blocked because they thought we were stealing it, when in fact we were paying for it. Was very upset it took a while to get back. But they at least made it right. Their little cable boxes are garbage, but the price for what you get is good.

It's honestly amazing how horrible of a company orbitel is. Can't believe how disrespectful and disgusting people that work for this company are. And they make it so you can't even set up service anymore The phone system doesn't even have an option for sales

The employees are very polite and respectful. They are also knowledgeable about the services offered to customers. They treat me better than other cable/satellite companies have in the past.

In general, orbital communications isnt the best, however, they do offer decent prices. This physical location in particular has been helpful in the past, and has nice staff.
