Steve, It saddens us to read your review. I am sorry you feel the way you do, especially after 30 years of service. You have spoken to every employee in this office about your current problem, and we have all responded in a prompt and kind manner. We have remade your lenses 4 times and changed out your frame all at no cost to you. We have also offered to let you choose yet another frame. We have done all we can to make this right for you. At this time, the fit and vision with your new glasses is good. I am sorry we cannot do anything more to please you.

I had a difficult time because my lenses were made wrong, the frames didnt fit. The doctor didnt see that my old lenses had prism. The communication was terrible. I feel bad because I have been going there for 30 years but I had a lot of trouble that they didnt want to make right.
I always feel like they listen to my needs and try hard to figure out solutions for my vision needs.
