I received the products I had ordered ahead of when I expected to get them. I appreciate the Penn Tool Co ease of transaction and the rapid turn around on product delivery. With everything as crazy as it is now with shipping and all, I was pleasantly surprised to receive these early.

You ordered something that was not in stock in NJ and had to be shipped from CA. The shipping Next Day Air from CA is much more expensive than NJ to CT. We tried calling you multiple times and you were not in your office. Not sure how you wasted time in production since this all took place over a few hrs.. If you really needed it you should have paid the extra shipping instead of smearing Penn Tool online with your misinterpretation of the facts. It was only another $50.00

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. VERY RUDE PEOPLE INCLUDING TERRY AND HIS MANAGER. I HAVE ORDERED ONE ITEM ONLINE AND PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY THEY CALLED ME BACK AT THE END OF THE DAY AND DEMANDED AROUND $70 MORE FOR SHIPPING. THE WEBSITE DOES NOT SHOW CORRECT SHIPPING CHARGES AND MISINFORMS CUSTOMERS BEWARE ! I HAVE WASTED ONE DAY OF PRODUCTION DUE TO THIS COMPANY, NO MORE BUSINESS FOR THEM!
