I have visited this store many times. They have a decent selection of crystals, which is what I mostly go for. They also have a large selection of books, candles, and other metaphysical supplies. I do however feel that their customer service is lacking, much like other reviewers have stated. Their crystals are also, in my opinion, VERY pricey compared to many other stores Ive been to. I understand that care and quality all factor into the price of the pieces, but I believe they are still too high. All in all, this store is in a great location, and works for needing something on the spot, not necessarily the best option for crystal shopping in the area.

i love new visions, the staff and their items very much and i visit very often, but when me and my family visit, sometimes we do not feel welcomed by the staff and we were told that certain events and things were meant for regulars only. I am not saying this to bring down new visions or the staff, i just want them to be aware that they should accept everyone , regulars or not, even though i visit often.

I had bought a book on Amazon with company. My book didnt arrive but they gave a complete refund. They didnt know the book didnt arrive so I had given only 1 star. Since then they have gone out of their way to be helpful. Wish I could remove that review but I can say that they are a legit and caring company

It was a Wiccan Wonderland for me as soon as I stepped into this cute little store. They have a little bit of almost anything you could need for metaphysical enrichment. Love love love it! Instant customer for life!

I have been wanting to go to this shop for over a year or so now and finally got the chance to do so. The shop itself was perfect and had just about everything I was looking for and more for pretty decent prices. However, I was disappointed by how our visit to the shop ended. The lady and her granddaughter checking out in front of us were having a great conversation with the gentleman checking them out and how it was their first visit and this and that once he saw we were waiting to check out he moved them over to talk about the gift for first timers (I was like ohh thats cool) and the owner came and checked us out. Never once asked if we had been there before or not just if we found what we were looking for and if I wanted the cards for the stones I got. Incredibly disappointed that we didnt get the same treatment just because I wasnt as bubbly and talkative, it should have still been asked and we should still have been offered the same first time customer gift. Then once I got home and reviewed my receipt he overcharged my by $9.00 for the one stone I got that was only marked as $10.00. Its a shame to have had our visit end this way because I was looking forward to returning but now not so much.
