I have spent hundreds of dollars at this place in the past. This store closes at 8pm and I was driving from 25 minutes away I called before hand to ask the cashier if she was ok picking out the exact brand and sizes that I want and I will purchase them and leave she said sure! I told her I would arrive between 7:50 and 7:55, I pulled into parking lot at 7:58 and was told we already batched i out our system so we cant take cards anymore tonight the girl was fake nice and didnt even attempt to offer a real apology. Why are you batching our before you are official closed? Lost my future business and easily $150 sale that would of took all of 1 minute to do. I hope the owner sees this and trains staff how to treat customers.

I was disappointed to find out that they gave a Cleveland Clinic employee discount to the customer before me, but not to employees of the Department of Veteran's Affairs. I guess not all healthcare workers are valued customers. So I left buying one uniform and went online and purchased 7 other uniforms that cost less with free shipping.
