Hello! I have tried to call and email 10 different times with no response. I purchased the $250 tx to the goop in health and never received my box. No one will reply to confirm the address it was sent to or offer me a credit. I am a VERY loyal customer having attended multiple events and made many purchases online and regularly in THIS store. I have also convinced many people to try everything goop creates and sells, so this is an AWFUL experience for me as a loyal customer. Im extremely disappointed and will not be buying anything or recommending anyone purchase/use your services until this is resolved. Please respond. Thank you!
