They ignore you when you walk in. . You gotta tap on the counter to get there attention. (they sit 3ft away!) I placed an Order took them 2 weeks to even start it. Once the deadline came they made 100 excuses why they "could not" complete it. I asked for a refund & that actually made them try to rush and finish what i asked for. In the end not a good place. Embrodery Tech leaves at odd hours so orders are never certain!

Sorry to hear! During the time your school was placing orders there were some inventory issues that caused some delays along with the fact that we were experiencing an unexpected uptick in orders with only 2/3 of the staff we had previously. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope your son had a good season!

I will never shop here again. They are an unorganized mess. Order showed up 6 weeks later and incomplete. Not to mention, their items are over-priced. You can get the same, much cheaper, elsewhere. Football season is nearly half over and still don't have all my items. For the record, not everything is COVID-19s fault. Sometimes it's simply poor management and the lack of a plan...
