This is not a fair review. The customer received all product he ordered in a timely manner. He is upset because he wanted to return personalized items and once an item is personalized you cannot return it. He is simply trying to reduce my star rating.

This rating was given because the hats that were made by "Trina" were a total waste of good materials. She streched and manipulated my logo to the point that it no longer looked acceptable and then got rude when I tried to resolve the issue. I can in no way reccomend her or her business in good faith with her behavior or the poor quality of her workmanship. My tent came out great just not sure why she thought it was acceptable to do subpar work on the hats. I was willing to let it go and just not use the hats but will be contacting the bank to charge back the purchase after she lied to me trying to guilt trip me into keeping the hats stating that it took her hours to do a job that typically only takes minutes. I have photo proof of the conversation where she lied and photos of the poor quality hats that she destroyed my logo on if anyone is interested in them.

Trina & Charlie always treat us with personal and prompt service with all our sewing needs!!!! I hold them second to none on everything that we bring to them!!!! My husband had several Embroidery vest & coats designed by Trina & she has gone over and beyond to finished several quilts for me!!!!
