Im the owner of a moving company and hired them to make my webpage. Theyre a terrible company. They steal your money, theyre not professional nor provide a good customer service. They took month after month not resolving a problem they supposedly had with google, and keep saying the same over and over not resolving and in the mean time taking my money. They not trustworthy and theyre just interested in stealing your money.

They did not deliver as promised for their website. We had 4 different companies that specialize in the home service industry review our footbridge web site. All of the companies said the same thing about our site being very generic, not be able to convert since it was not built to do that, lacks credibility, needs a USP, missing conversion and engagement elements and no CTA with no clear message. When I talked to them about this several times, I was made to feel like I should be doing more and it was my fault for not performing. THe price of $174.00 per month is misleading for their services. We have since terminated our service with them. They are not worth the effort.

We've been working with the Footbridge Media team for a few months now. They have all been very easy to work with and extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. I've had multiple comments from customers stating that they really like our new website that Chris built for us. Ryan is handling our PPC campaign and again, he's another member of the team that is extremely responsive to our inquiries. Aaron helped us to get our email addresses squared away so that we would have a more professional look to our emails and Sam has been great at handling our email marketing campaigns. Let me just say that I believe email marketing is a cornerstone to a good marketing program and Sam is amazing at the care she takes in handling this very important service for us. Don't let me forget to mention Jenna for her Google+ knowledge and Lisa for making sure our listings are doing whatever it is they are supposed to do. When you work with Footbridge Media you really are working with a whole Team and that's what it takes!
