Warning if you are looking for a job here - this is the kind of company that make interviewees write sample posts and give ideas, then use them for their paying clients almost word for word without hiring or crediting them. They must be lacking in talent (and ethics). The evidence is online, if they dont know what this is referring to, then theyve done it more than once.
